We use proprietary simulation technology to test ECMs under real operating conditions, plus decades of diagnostics expertise through our Jaltest Solutions division.
Fill out the online Request a Repair form with your ECM details and any active fault codes. We’ll review your request and contact you promptly to explain the next steps.

Within 2–3 business days, we perform a visual inspection and full diagnostics, then send you a detailed report with your service options: replacement or repair.
Based on the diagnostics, you will be presented with options for either repair or replacement. Please note that replacement will depend on parts availability.
2–3 business days after we receive your ECM.
Typically, 3–5 business days after approval, depending on the issue’s severity and parts availability.
We’ll offer a reconditioned replacement option if available.
We’ll confirm diagnostics fees when you submit your request; these will be waived if you proceed with the repair.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the ECM to us. Return shipping is covered by Cojali.
Yes, all repaired or reconditioned ECMs include a warranty, which can range from 1 to 2 years depending on the parts used. Please ask for details regarding your specific unit.
