Reception & Initial Diagnostics The process begins when we receive the faulty ECM at our repair facility. Our technicians carry out a visual inspection to detect any external damage, followed by an initial functional test. Using our proprietary simulation bench, we perform detailed system diagnostics to identify faults and determine the repairs required. This ensures we target the root cause of the issue from the start.
Repair & Testing Once the faults are identified, damaged or worn components are replaced with quality parts that meet original specifications. The ECM is then subjected to a series of functional and stress tests on our simulation bench, replicating real vehicle operating conditions. This step confirms that the repair has fully restored the unit’s performance and reliability before reassembly.
Reassembly & Shipping After passing all tests, the ECM is carefully reassembled, ensuring all seals and fittings are correctly installed to protect it in service. The unit is then securely packaged and prepared for shipment back to you. This final stage guarantees the ECM arrives ready for quick installation and immediate use, minimizing vehicle downtime.
